Our Firm

Our Firm

LandownerFirm is a law firm focused solely on Natural Resource Law. The firm is engaged in cases nationwide and typically associates with local counsel in all jurisdictions. We take pride in being efficient, ethical, and aggressive when necessary. Most cases are taken with trial preparation in mind and this approach, coupled with the firm’s trial record results in favorable results for our clients.

The firm prides itself on its ability to be technologically savvy as a result of the founder’s previous technical experience with two Fortune 500 companies. The firm’s research, billing, and client and case management are all fully electronic – which allows the firm to be more efficient and ultimately saves our clients time and money.

Our clients include farmers, ranchers, individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, and CEO’s of major corporations who hire the firm to protect their land. This diversity provides a broad understanding and experience that benefits all clients.
